  • We gather the first Saturday of every month.

    A monthly circle for women to slow down, ground, and be witnessed in community. No teaching, no fixing — just shared presence, conversation, and a space to reconnect.

    The Third Table is hosted monthly in Merida, Mexico and Nyruna is bringing it to Nashville.


    Just a home, a meal, and good conversation.

    We meet in the third week of the month, usually Thursdays as a pause before the month closes.

    Attendance is limited and shared intentionally.

    If invited, you’ll receive the address and details one week prior to the gathering.
