Welcome! I’m Micaela. I bring people together through food, ritual, and honest conversation - usually around a table.

The name Nyruna is a small evolution of Nygren, my family name, which carries the meaning “new branch” or “new growth.” After experiencing the depth of family constellations and ancestral healing work, I felt the pull to honor that lineage by transmuting trauma into intentional community. Nyruna is a new breath — a returning, a remembering, a re-rooting.
